How We Work

Our approach ensures timely results, while maintaining a high quality service. Typically, we provide a 48-hour turnaround … from the time we take your brief to presenting you with the CVs of suitable candidates who have been pre-screened and had their references checked.

  • An accurate brief: We take time to fully understand the nature of the role and the key technical skills, experience, ‘people skills’ and cultural fit that you require.
  • A detailed search: We examine our extensive database and then – if needed – we widen our search using a further (top-five) database, plus advertising (online and offline), networking, head-hunting and word-of-mouth referrals to find suitable candidates.
  • A rigorous pre-screening: We interview every potential candidate to narrow the short-list and maximise quality. If required, we can also conduct technical tests – based on your criteria.
  • The CVs: We usually submit a maximum of three CVs. As well as having the right skills and qualities, these will be candidates who are genuinely interested in the role. Also, we will have taken up their personal references for each of them before the interviews take place.
  • After the interview: We pass any useful candidate feedback to you after the interview. If you decide to offer a job to a candidate, we can help to negotiate the terms to satisfy all parties. Once a candidate has been placed successfully, we’ll check to ensure all is going smoothly.
